Shipping Rates and Policies

  • USPS Priority (2-3 Days) Free on orders $49+
  • USPS Express (1-2 Days)
  • UPS Ground (2-3 Days)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (1-2 Days)
  • UPS Next Day Air (1 Day)
  • USPS First-Class International (6-10 days)

*All shipping rates are based on size, weight and destination of the package. Shipping prices are displayed once zip code is entered during checkout. Some items can take up to 7 days to arrive.

All orders are processed in the sequence received and generally ship within 2 business days of receipt of the order (transfers and large orders may require additional time).

Expedited orders (2nd Day Air) are prioritized in our queue for rapid processing, however that not does guarantee your order will be delivered within 2 days. By requesting 2nd Day shipping, you will ensure that your order will be delivered within 2 business days after it has left our facility. We make every effort to ship all orders daily, however due to heavy volume we are not always able to do so. Also, UPS does not count Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as part of their 2nd Day Air service.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to state or local legislation, we are unable ship TOYS to the following states:

  • Mississippi
  • Texas
  • Virginia
  • Utah

Tracking your package

  • US Orders: After placing an order that will be shipped by UPS or US Postal Service we will send you your order confirmation and shipping notice to the email address you provided.
  • International Orders: Tracking may not be not available for international orders.

We are NOT responsible for the packages impounded by national Customs Authorities. The customer (you) might be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; control over these charges cannot be predicted what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

International delivery is NOT guaranteed. If a package is lost (stolen), damaged, or vandalized, a replacement package WILL NOT be sent at no cost to you or refund your money. In order for products to be replaced for a shipment not delivered for the reasons listed above, a non-delivery must be confirmed by the post office and a damaged package must be returned to Kingston Lingerie Showroom, 3703 Provost Avenue, Bronx NY 10466. If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, it will incur a 15% re-stocking fee or additional shipping costs for the second delivery, whichever is preferred by the customer.
