Mailing Back a Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item for any reason whatsoever during the first 14 days of ownership from the day you receive your order.
Our customer service representatives will work with you to find the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original item or providing a refund. Refunds are provided as an online store credit less 20% processing fee. You must first return the item at your cost.
Please send to: KLS, Attention Returns, 3703 Provost Avenue, Bronx NY 10466. Orders returned to us as undeliverables will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued. If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address (US addresses only), an additional shipping/handling fee of $10 will apply for US shipping addresses.
In Store Returns
If your toy breaks within 7 days of purchasing it, simply go to one of our New York locations with your toy and receipt of purchase. One of the store managers with gladly exchange your toy with another toy of the same value.
