Q: How long will it take to receive my goods?

A: We strive to ship your good within 1 business day after placing your order. Most orders are received within 2-3 days.

A: Yes all of your information is kept 100% confidential and private and we ship in discreet packages.

Q: What is the status of my order?

A: After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email, showing what products you ordered, your billing info and your shipping info. If you place your order on Monday through Friday before 3PM, you will receive a tracking number the same day. If you place your order on Monday through Thursday after 3PM, you will receive a tracking number the next day.

If you place a order on Friday after 3PM, Saturday or Sunday you will receive a tracking number the following Monday. We ship using USPS (United States Postal Service).

Q: Can I combine multiple orders or add additional items to my order once it has been placed?

A: Unfortunately we are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed.

Q: How do I change the shipping address or cancel my order?

A: Please call 1800-462-7334 immediately to change your shipping address. We are only able to cancel orders and/or cancel selected item(s) before the order has been shipped, to cancel a order please call 1800-462-7334 immediately.

Orders are shipped based on standard USPS weight Shipping is free on orders over $49.00!

Q: Do you process exchanges or returns?

A: Yes we do. If your toy breaks within 7 days of purchasing it, simply go to one of our New York locations with your toy and receipt of purchase. One of the store managers with gladly exchange your toy with another toy of the same value.
